And that is because we want to deliver a specific message and experience for anyone who opens a can of The Good Socks that "when you open a can of socks for yourself, you are opening a can of food for someone else".
TheGoodSocks will accept returns and/or exhanges after 3 days of the purchase.
The following cases are the cases in which return/exchange is allowed:
1. The item(s) you received does not match your expectation material and print wise. Although our items are 100% compatible in size, quality and print with what we display on our website, you are entitled to return/exchange within the above mentioned period. In this case, the customer is responsible for covering the necessary delivery fees associated with the return and/or exchange of the item(s).
2. The item(s) you received is faulty. The customer has to notify TheGoodSocks via email/Instagram/ Facebook or phone within the allowed period of return and/or exchange and has the right to exchange for a similar item or any other item of the same price. In this case, TheGoodSocks will be held responsible for covering all necessary delivery fees associated with the return and/or exchange process.
3. You received a gift from TheGoodSocks and would like to exchange one or more of the items. The customer has to notify TheGoodSocks via email/Instagram/ Facebook or phone within the allowed period of exchange mentioned above. In this case, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs associated with the exchange process.
4. The order you received from TheGoodSocks is wrong. The customer has to notify TheGoodSocks via email/Instagram/Facebook or phone within the allowed period of return and/or exchange that their order is wrong. In this case, TheGoodSocks is responsible for all delivery fees associated with the exchange of the orders. Should the customer notify TheGoodSocks that the order they received was wrong after the allowed period of exchange and the customer would still like to exchange their order, then in this case the customer is responsible for the delivery fees associated with exchange of the order.
Please note that No item will be returned/exchanged if it is WORN (tried on).
Orders Cannot be canceled if paid by Credit Card.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if payment option was Cash on Delivery.
Orders in Jordan will be delivered withing 48 hours.
International Orders will be shipped within 48 hours and delivered within one week.
